From Self-Discovery to Service: A Path of Meaning and Impact

In the quiet depths of my soul, a transformation began a few years ago. After dedicating decades to my family, I embarked on a journey of selfdiscovery, inner growth, and the pursuit of personal happiness. This path led me to a profound sense of fulfilment derived from helping others and changed the course of my life. Born into a culturally rooted family, I was raised with values that have guided my existence. These values continue to shape my mission to foster an inclusive and conscious world. My academic journey played a significant role in shaping my intellectual foundation. I started from a humble background in a Hindi medium school.
Continuing my education, I joined the Agra University from where I earnedmy degrees in B.A. (Bachelor of Arts), Double M.A. (Masters in Arts) in Hindi and Sanskrit, and B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education). In recognition of my contributions to social services and education, I was recently awarded an Honorary Doctorate by Georgia Digital University.
In 2019, I joined the Inner Wheel organization with a deep-seated intention to serve society and connect with like-minded individuals. In my four-year journey, I established two new clubs within the organization.
Today, as the Charter President of the Inner Wheel Club- Delhi Rising Star and the Founder Trustee and CEO of Shree Chaturbhuj Foundation, I lead teams of like-minded individuals who share a common goal—to make the world a better place through acts of kindness and service. Our journey has touched on essential areas, including health, menstruation, cancer detection and awareness, organ donation, education, and food distribution. We have dedicated ourselves to the well-being of senior citizens and the empowerment of women, taking every opportunity to support underprivileged children. Our actions have spoken louder than words. We have donated food, medicines, books, and laptops to those in need. We have held numerous health check-up and medical awareness camps, addressing general health, cancer screenings, dental care, eye examinations, and vision checks. In these tough and trying times, my motivation to work for the greater good remains unshaken. The world may be beset by difficulties, but the flame of hope burns bright within my heart.

This is not the end of my journey but the beginning of a mission to create a more compassionate, inclusive, and conscious society. The driving force behind this mission is my commitment to leaving behind a world that is better and improved for my children and the generations that will follow. It is a legacy I wish to create—a legacy that celebrates the values of kindness, compassion, and unity.

Awards serve as emblematic expressions of recognition for exemplary contributions, acknowledging diligent efforts, and instilling a fervent motivation to continuously strive for excellence. Having received accolades such as the “Women Change Maker of the Year” at Ek Nari 100 Pe Bhari by Global Empire Events & BizNation TV, the “Best Social Worker” at Women’s Conclave & Awards 2023, the “Award for Contribution to Social Work” at Woman Leaders Forum, “Influential Indians Awards 2024” by THE Crazy Tales, the “Samajseva Ratna Samman” at ‘Loktantra Ki Buniyaad’ 2024 and being honored as “Guest of Honour” at Jamia Hamdard University on International Women’s Day event, I am deeply grateful for these acknowledgments, and humbled by the recognition bestowed upon me.
